1. Services
We provide professional flooring services, including but not limited to:

• Installation of hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile flooring.
• Floor refinishing, repair, and maintenance.
• Residential and commercial flooring solutions.
• Custom flooring design and consultation.

2. Estimates & Contracts

• Estimates are based on project details provided and may change if additional work is required.
• Final costs will reflect labor, materials, and unforeseen project conditions.
• A written contract will outline project scope, pricing, and terms before work begins.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before starting the project.
• Deposits may be required to secure materials and scheduling.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise arranged.
• Late or missed payments may result in added fees or suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project details and site access.
• Ensure the work area is clear and safe prior to the scheduled service.
• Approve material selections and finishes in advance.
• Communicate any project changes in writing.

5. Warranties & Liability

• We stand behind our workmanship and may offer limited warranties depending on the service and materials used.
• Warranties do not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by third parties.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-notice cancellations may result in a fee.

7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, payments are not met, or project requirements are misrepresented.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Disputes will be resolved within the appropriate local jurisdiction.
